Luke Bruins graduated from Delft University of Technology with a Master’s in Civil Engineering.
He later added a Master’s in Real Estate from the University of Amsterdam and a Post-Master’s in Organisational Leadership from the MDA Business School. After five years of contracting and development in Europe, for the company nowdays named Sweco, he turned his entrepreneurial dream into reality by founding RED Concepts.
Luke’s vast experience of construction and development in Europe and in setting up and organising new businesses led him to his greatest passion: envisioning an idea with a great and committed team.
Throughout years, he diversified its portfolio with two additional platforms. A residential development platform (WeBuildHomes - 2012) and a Prefabricated Volumatic contracting platform (FRAME – 2017); both platforms challenge the traditional construction industry in Europe and are active in Sweden and the Netherlands.
With Valo he has now made its entry in the hotel&leisure development and exploitation. Valo will realize it’s first luxury retreat in northern Labland in 2019.

Taru has almost 20 years of working experience in multi-cultural working environments. First in inspiring global marketing positions at Nokia and Converse and recent years focusing on marketing and product development in real estate environments.
With WeBuildHomes Taru was leading the strategic planning stage and has been one of the driving forces during the national expansion in the Netherlands.
A recent addition to Taru's career is developing five star authentic & luxury retreats. Each retreat has their unique features and the high quality villa designs are based on local values.
