Red Concepts Group is a trade mark of Bruins Investments BV and was founded in 2002 by Luke Bruins. All ventures of the Red Concepts Group are driven by the love for design, nature and creativity.

​Red Concepts BV is renowned for its redevelopments on NDSM-wharf in Amsterdam, including the conversion of two industrial buildings into the Viacom headquarters, the Greenpeace headquarters and the HiltonTree Hotel. ​

​

In 2010 the housing platform Webuildhomes was launched  to activate the diversification of architecture in urban developments.  WeBuildhomes houses are build throughout The Netherlands in Utrecht, Den Haag, Amsterdam, Aalsmeer & Enschede. In 2012 the Oxford press mentioned Webuilshomes as 'a game changer' in its market.

In 2019 the Group stept into the leisure market and launched Valo Luxury Retreats Oy in joint venture with the Dutchen Group for the development & management of Luxery resorts in the Nordics. In Lapland, Helsinki  (Finland) and Oland  (Sweden). The first Luxury Retreats have opened mid 2022.

More recently FLAME International Properties was added to the group facilitating growing international  companies in their Europeaan expansion. In 2021 FLAME delivered an office re-development in Helsinki for the Dutch media group Azerion.
